Review - "Adorable, cute cabins. I made reservation a month in advance. We stayed on my husband's birthday, and they made a birthday cake for him! The cabins are clean with all the ammenities. Cozy beds, too. They have puppies on site, for sale. Loved just sitting back and watching them. Park across the street for the kiddos to run around. Had breakfast ready for us in the a.m. in the breakfast nook. Very good breakfast. Left very satisfied. Will stay here again. Also have a gift shop on site with a lot of neat collectibles."

The reason I am familiar with places to stay in Valdez is because it is one of two closest supply areas for me during the summer season which I spend in the Wrangell Mountains. In case you doubt my creditability, at least as far as connections with this enterprise go, I know nothing about the owners other than to have met the old boy who owns the joint on a number of my visits."

Review - “The Driftwood Lodge is located in a perfect spot if you want to see "downtown" Juneau and the waterfront. Within walking distance of everything, the Driftwood is inexpensive, convenient and the two bedroom with kitchenette has everything you might need. A deli is on the hotel grounds, a terrific breakfast restaurant also on the grounds (a must-do, in my opinion) and the staff is very helpful, getting guests to/from airport and ferry. We had a great 5-night stay and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't do much but sleep in a hotel room (why would you when in Juneau!!). Don't discount this "drab" hotel - it is well worth the price!!”

It is located pretty much in the center of the activities of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, and Cades Cove. Many mornings you can look into the mountains and see why they are called the Smokies.

Review - “We’ve spent the last week here on our honeymoon and it has been all we expected and more. We felt so at home from the momet we stepped through the door. Among the excitement of hiking all over the park, biking Cade’s Cove, checking of Gatlingburgh and Pigeon Force and doing other stuff, it was always nice to have Peace of Heaven to come “home” to, whether it was to take afternoon break or to spend the evening. This cabin has been a big part of the emjoyment we’ve had here in Tennessee and we hope to come back again with more of our family who would appreciate it was much as we have. Thank you so much!”

Review - "Having a hotel in the towm main avenue is pretty convinient. For business a solo travel is a good option, just small step for good restaurants a excellent tea. Cleaness was good and the best was the pillow, soft, clean and confortable. Linen and douvet quiet old, may need refreshment, washroon very clean but outdate. The hotel is under renovation, so I expect they will improve the facilities.
Front desk was not available and I wait 1/2 hr to get my luggage. For business solo people I would recommended Please visit Maple Restaurant, just divine"

Leagh was amazingly helpful with vineyard and dinner recommendations and the huge breakfasts she made us were much appreciated and very delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's fantastic for quiet romantic weekends."

Louise & Andy were perfect hosts and quite the saviors when they offered a relaxing glass of wine from a local vineyard as we sat on the patio. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious and included lots of local fruit (a hilight when visiting the Okanagan) and TLC. We would have made it through the visit if we'd stayed in a hotel, but it would have been a much sadder and harder experience. We would definitely go back!"
