Room # 1 Southwestern Room - This first floor room has a spacious King Sleigh Bed, when you lay your head down after a full day of activities- you can rest assured you will fall peacefully asleep. Your room not only provides a private bath / shower but your's has a tub as well, for the guests who want to soak any aches and pains from a strenuous day in the Alaskan wilderness. The Southwestern room is decorated with Native American Indian wall hangings and pictures. Your room also has a wooded view from your window. You'll be surrounded by antique furniture and has a warm, inviting feel making this a popular room with our returning quests. It is sure to please. Pricing: Summer- June 1- Aug 31 $205.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00 Shoulder Season: May 16-May 31st (and) Sept. 1st- Sept. 20th $168.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to 2 months of stay will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation prior to 1 month stay will result in a $45.00 cancellation fee.
