Room Detail

Room # 5 Victorian Room. This room is on the lower level, offers 1 Queen bed and a Futon that makes into a Double bed with private bath/shower and some antique furniture. Has a good amount of floor space to accomodate either an air mattress or a fold-a-way, great for a large family. This room is tucked in the back where it is quieter. Just outside your door you have a small common area with big puffy chairs that you can sink into. Lot's of our guests love to work on their computers- or just sit and be in the moment. There is also a small kitchenette right outside your room where you can fix yourself some coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The view is of the back yard which is still a project in the making. This room is on the ground floor.
Pricing: Summer- June 1- Aug 31 $195.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00 Shoulder Season: May 16-May 31st (and) Sept. 1st- Sept. 20th $157.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00. Winter Season: Sept. 21st to May 15th $135.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to 2 months of stay will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation prior to 1 month stay will result in a $45.00 cancellation fee.
