Room Detail

Room # 6 Emerald Room. This is our largest room. It has a full bath with shower/tub. Handicapped accessible and ADA approved with 2 entrances, one from the inside and a private entrance with ramp from the outside. The room also has it’s own coffeemaker, microwave and small fridge. Views are mostly wooded and back yard. But when you open your private entry door- you have a view of the mountains. Located on the ground floor - a favorite of our return guests. It has a Queen bed and a futon that turns into a thick, soft double bed. So if your traveling with your family- this room will certainly accommodate you. It too has ample floor space so you can add an air mattress or a fold-a-way. With it's own private entrance- you have two ways to exit your room. It even has some features that make it equipped for our physically challenged guests.
Pricing: Summer- June 1- Aug 31 $217.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00 Shoulder Season: May 16-May 31st (and) Sept. 1st- Sept. 20th $182.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00. Winter Season: Sept. 21st to May 15th $149.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to 2 months of stay will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation prior to 1 month stay will result in a $45.00 cancellation fee.
