Room # 8 Springtime Room. This is on our upper level right off of a common area where you can sit and watch TV, read, or visit with our other guests. You are only steps away from our Breakfast area. This room has a Queen Sleigh bed, two large, spaceous closets, the decor is fresh, soft with a breezy feel, antique furniture and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The view from the window is mostly woods and some mountains. This room is located on the second floor. Pricing: Summer- June 1- Aug 31 $195.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00 Shoulder Season: May 16-May 31st (and) Sept. 1st- Sept. 20th $157.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00. Winter Season: Sept. 21st to May 15th $135.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to 2 months of stay will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation prior to 1 month stay will result in a $45.00 cancellation fee.
