Room # 9 Simpler Times Room. This second floor room offers so much! It has it's own private deck. When you walk in you are greeted by a beautiful Queen Sleigh bed, and has a futon that can be folded out to make a thick, soft full Bed, or can be used for a private seating place. You have a bath and shower in your room. The best part is what happens when you walk out your door... you have the best view in the house. The view- is the Alaskan Mountain Range. Just breath - take in the beauty! You also have a short walk to the Breakfast area. It really has it ALL! A quiet room with private entrance - a favorite of return quests. Pricing: Summer- June 1- Aug 31 $198.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00 Shoulder Season: May 16-May 31st (and) Sept. 1st- Sept. 20th $160.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00. Winter Season: Sept. 21st to May 15th $138.00 per night. Based on double occupancy. Extra person fee $20.00

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to 2 months of stay will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation prior to 1 month stay will result in a $45.00 cancellation fee.
